AuthorThe World Aloha The Superior Leader Creates new Leaders, The Inferior Leader creates new followers. It is easy to have people follow your lead, it is much harder to have those followers become leaders on their own. The amount of possibilities creating new leaders brings is unlimited. Without leaders, most thing will never get done. If a leader cannot create a legacy of new leaders then new ideas and opportunities die. To be a superior leader, one must teach their followers the importance in being brave and willingness to take things in life head on. An inferior Leader is one who is not willing to pass the torch of responsibility to others, one who wants all the glory, one who; really isn't a leader at all. This person is really just the person in charge, but they are not a leader. One of the jobs of a leader is to inspire. One cannot inspire other if they are willing to teach and to allow other to grow. A Superior Leader is coach to his team, a captain sailing the ship, the teacher who inspires, the one who is open to new ideas, one who knows when to say yes and to say no. A Superior Leader knows that if they do not allow their team to grow, that their team will die; just as a flower must be watered or it will wilt and turn to dust. A Superior Leader knows that in order to continue the success of a team and team after, that the team members must become leaders in their own right so that the spirit and tradition of success will continue to burn like the fire that is continuously fed wood and gas. If you cannot inspire others you should not be a leader. If you cannot teach others, you cannot be a leader. If you are not open to discourse or debate, you should not be a leader. If you are not assertive and caring all at once, you should not be a leader. If you cannot communicate what needs to be done and how it needs to be done, you should not be a leader. If, most importantly, you cannot create new leader, you would most definitely not be leader. Get out of the leadership role if you cannot do any of these things, especially the last one. If you are like this and somehow become a leader, you are almost certain to fail your team and fail at the task set forth. The difference between an Inferior and a Superior leader is, do they create new leaders to handle the torch of success. Do not get things wrong however, failure does occur, this is not an absolute sign of failed leadership, however consistent failure that could have been prevented easily, is almost always the result of an inferior leader. To create new leaders, one must be willing to be an openmind, and an open-door. Be willing to answer question and explain why something is the way it is. How can you create a leader if do not teach one how to become a leader. All superior leaders understand this and if you want to be a superior leader, it is suggested that you heed this advice. Remember, The inferior leader creates followers, The Superior Leader creates Leaders.

Dear my everlasting love Isolda, I hath traveled far and wide on my conquest in King Lancaster's army. We have fought many great battles and taken a great amount of land. Though I am wary and beaten, my love for thee hath only gained in power. Every morrow and every night I continue to pray for the day I can hold thine hands once more. One of these days we will meet again my beloved Isolda, I promise thee. I shalt continue to write thee as we continue our conquest north. Till then, I will leave thou with this precious stone I captured from this enemy I defeated. Keep it in memory of me. Truly yours always, Umfrey. Dear Isolda, It hath been two months since I have written to thee. We have traveled far up north. Before long, we will have reached the top of the world. It is getting much colder now, green turns to white, dogs turn to wolves and the days are shorter and the nights are darker. We must have fought about 30 battles now. Many foes against our King Lancaster hath been slain by my hand for the glory of our King. Tonight something strange occurred however. Just about 30 minutes ago I was in my tent asleep. Then I wake to what seems to be screams of children coming from the woods. I leave the tent to investigate. Once I step out of my tent, the noise ceases. Confused, I make hast into the forest. About a few yards into the trees, I hear laughing, I look around to see where it was coming from. Once I did that the laughing increased in volume and seemed to amplify evenly around me. After thirty seconds or so, silence. I then see west of my position, in the distance between the trees, about a million pairs of shining eyes of a creature. I draw my sword and charged henceforth to attack whatever it was that I saw. Then the eyes disappeared as soon as I thought I was close enough for an attack. I looked around for about five minutes or so....Nothing. I returned to camp and no one was awake. Was I the only knight to see or hear what just occurred? Was it all in my head? At this point I started writing to you. I want to keep you up-to-date on all that is happening in our conquest and I thought this experience would be perfect to share with thee. Thou shalt be the only to know of this unless it occurs again. Till then, I love thee with all my soul and my prayers to the Lord. Sincerely, Umfrey. Dear Isolda, We are very close to our destination to conquer the top of the world. We haven't battled any armies since I last wrote thee. Though we have crossed many villages. The thing that stuck out to me and the other knights was that all the villages were empty. Not a soul liveth in the homes or the roads. No animals or man, alive or deceased. Spooky would be restraint of me to say. Yesterday, we came across a cave that seemed to have a fire or some light inside of it's inners. When we went in to explore what was in there, there was no light; complete darkness in fact. We each lit a torch from our supplies and went forth further into the cave. All seemed normal until about half a mile in. Now believe me when I say this. There were carving on the walls of the cave, I do not know of what the drawing were of on the cave. The drawing seemed to be of men, but not quite men. These "men" were wildly deformed, resembling a giant but much more misshapen. Next to the drawing of the deformed men were carvings of tiny angels and tiny women. The angels and the women seemed to be dancing with one another. As we walked further into the cave this continued for about a mile and then it changes. Carvings of water over hills and blasphemous quotes are on the cave walls. Then, no more drawings, just blank stone. This is until we reach the end of the cave where on the wall it is written, "Curseth be the name of Enoch and his kin and all who live after our times on this cursed planet. We shalt curse the Earth and curse man who live upon it after us, and if man is to find our domain, let him die by our sons hands." We left the cave wondering what that quote meant, "Our Son's hands" "Our domain". Who art they and who art their sons? My beloved one, please write back to me if thou knoweth anything about what it may mean, the carvings and the quote in the cave I mean. I must go now, we are estimated to be one month away from the top and we cannot waste another moment. Goodbye my love. Sincerely, Umfrey. Dear Isolda, We are about one mile away from the top of world. I am so exhilarated and woebegone. Excited because we are so close, forlorn because many of our brave knights hath departed this life. The dreary cold has allowed the grim reaper to steal souls from over half our army. Only ten of us remain in this bitter cold weather. O how i miss thee and our home in the black forest. We shalt make our return soon. We hath seen many strange things here near the top, colossal indents in the snow, almost like a reverse hill. Last night while asleep, I heard the crying again, but this time it was accompanied by the laughing we heard in the cave; expect, it seemed as though I were the only man to hear it. All the other knights were deep asleep even though it sounded as loud as a wolf howling, if that wolf was a thousand feet tall. Up here the snow is whiter than the clouds in the mornings sky, but at the same time, dark and misty. It is hard to describe. It is as though it should be the most beautiful thing on Earth, pure as a newborn and righteous as a king who fights with his men with the Lord by his side, but it has been corrupted by darkness and dreadfulness and is unredeemable because of how wicked it's deeds hath been. As I walked across the cursed snow the noise seemed to surround me once more. This time however the laughing lowered it's intensity while the crying became tumultuous. The snow melted and that revealed one of the most eerie sights to ever hath come across my eyes. It reveal miles down of ice, frozen inside were skeletons of men with wings, their hands were in the air, as though they reaching to the heavens, their mouths opened wide as if they were screaming when their string of life were cut. It was awful to see such things. A battle-hardened warrior like me was still in shock to see ten of thousands of these skeletons all doing the same thing, begging to live as they were destroyed. I made hast back to the camp and did not speak a word to the other men about this, for I didn't want to stop our conquest till the end goal; reaching the top of the world. I must finished this letter now. It's getting late and we have our final steps tomorrow morning. I will write to thee and let thou knoweth of what we find. Sincerely, Umfrey. Dear Umfrey, I have not heard from thee in three years. I am writing this letter to thee out of respect and have no intentions of sending it to thee. There is no way of sending this to thee. King Lancaster hath banned all letters from being sent 10 miles near the top of the world. Why, I do not know of. About 6 months after I received your final letter, the king ordered all conquest of the northest most point to cease and that we do not try to reach it there on our own. Me, my family and thine family assumed thou art deceased, for it has been what seems like ages since thou hath last written to me. After I am done writing this letter I will bury it in thine tomb as it will represent thine body and thine soul since we hath never found thine body. I want thee to knoweth that, I shalt never marry for my heart belongs to thee. I will grow old remembering the memories we shared when we were together. I shalt always hold thy memory with me and will never forget thine warm embrace. Please take care for all eternity. Signed, Isolda. Dear Isolda,
Our sons are very please with their nosh. Praise be to Samuel for bringing our son's their feast. Their feast being half of your beloveth Umfrey. Though I am dead and trapped in the adobe of the damned, I still take pleasure in knowing his and his fellow knights suffering. It takes a lot of men to feed our colossal offspring, they hath quite the appetite. I laugh at their suffering and all those who came after my life's suffering and eventual death and casting into the abyss of no return. Do not worry to much, thou shalt join him...and me soon enough. My sons are arriving soon. For all of eternity I shalt be by thine and thine loved one's side, laughing at thine pain and suffering. See thee soon. Signed, Samyaza. AuthorThe World Aloha The king of the worldThe Superiority of Monarchy topic one - Introduction to MonarchyThe King is The Symbol of The Monarchy, A Leader, A Power, A head of a Kingdom with Divine Right. Monarchy is the longest operating system of government in history and probably the oldest. Before Capitalism, Socialism, Democracy, Communism etc there was Monarchy. One to rule them all, the judge of what was right & wrong and the protector of the people! There are different types of Monarchies as well. Such as Feudalism, Constitutional Monarchies, Elective Monarchies and Absolute Monarchies. Though these types are different in ways, it is still one on top of the rest. Some may say it’s the most natural form of government ever. "In Hell there is democracy, in Heaven there is a Kingdom" - Saint John of Kronstadt. topic two - types of monarchiesFeudalism consist of a class tier system of different levels of importance and duty to the Kingdom. On the bottom are usually the peasants/serfs. Peasants/serfs would take care of the land and work and produce for the Kingdom. Peasants can leave that society if things get too bad, but serfs cannot. Usually next is the Knight/Warrior class. The Knights protect the society and times of War and Peace from threatening outsiders. Next tier is the aristocrats/family of the King/Queen. They are rich, they are powerful, and they have a lot of say in what happens in the Kingdom. They can only be stopped by the top tier, The Monarch. The Monarch is the top of the Kingdom, what he says, goes. He is the head of the government and he makes the rules. An example of a Feudal system is Medieval Europe between the 9th and 15th century. Constitutional Monarchy are monarchies with Law backed up behind it to keep the King in check. These attempts to keep a King from abusing his power and becoming a tyrant. The Magna Carta (England) is an example of law stopping the king of retaining absolute power. One example is Modern day United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), Queen Elizabeth II. Elective Monarchies are monarchies where the people hold elections to decide who their King shalt be. This type of monarchy gives more power to the people in choosing who their leader is and how he will lead them. One example of an Elective Monarchy is The Kingdom of Kongo. Absolute Monarchy are monarchies where The King has all The Power. No one can question his authority and what he wants and what he says goes. The only thing that can stop him is death, exile or advocating the throne. The Absolute Monarch is The most Powerful King out of all the other types. An example of an Absolute Monarch is French King Louis XIV. Topic three - story of kingsKing Arthur There are many stories of different kings in history, this may include fiction and non-fiction. One example of a fictional story of a King is The Story of King Arthur 'The Once and Future King'. The Story goes that once a great king, the king of the Britain's in fact, Uther Pendragon had a son named Arthur. Uther fell sick and in fear of his enemies coming to slay his son; Uther asked Merlin The Wizard to bring his son to a different family and not to tell anyone that he had a son. When Uther died the Kingdoms split between many kings and chaos ensued. It came to pass that Merlin enchanted a marble stone with an anvil on top and in it was a sword. Whoever pull the sword out of the stone shalt be the rightful king of all the Britain's. Many tried and all failed. One day a tournament came about and Kay 'Arthur's step brother' went into the tourney to honor his father. In battle his sword was broken off and Kay asked Arthur to fetch him a new sword. Arthur ran into London Town looking for a Smith to make him a new sword. However, everyone in London town were at the tournament. Arthur saw the sword in the anvil and pulled it out without struggle and brought it to his brother. His brother asked, where did thou get this beautiful sword? Arthur said he pulled it from the anvil in the stone. Kay dropped out of the tourney and told his father he ,Kay, pulled the sword from the stone. When his father asked him to put it back in and pull it out again, he failed. Then Arthur tried and succeeded! The Once and Future King of all the Britain's was revealed. Merlin had all the kings of the land come around and try once more to pull the sword from the stone. They all failed, but then Arthur came and pulled it in front of everyone; cementing his role as The One King of all the Britain's. After many repeats from others and Arthur, Arthur was indeed proven to be the rightful King of all the land. The people bowed down and honored Arthur as The King of all of The Britain's, King Arthur. Alexander The Great Alexander The Third was born in 356 BC in Classical World Greek Kingdom Macedon. He reigned from 336 BC to 323 BC. Alexander The Great was tutored by the great philosopher Aristotle who believed in Monarchy. He eliminated any rivals to his thrown as well. During his reign Alexander led an army in a ten year campaign to control the Persian Empire, where he eventually overthrew King Darius The Third and controlled land from The Indus River to the Adriatic Sea. Being tutored by Aristotle himself, Alexander was taught in the ways of a virtuous monarch and would have practiced as such. Julius Caesar Julius Caesar was a Roman General, Statesman and Ruler born in 100 BC in Rome, Italy. Caesar had many accomplishments in his life. These include being Known as one of The World's greatest military Leaders of All time, preventing an invasion of Rome by the Gauls, conquering much land and expanding Rome. Julius Caesar is the figure to directly lead Rome from being a Republic and becoming an Empire. He was even crowned Dictator of Rome, not King since Rex( Latin for King) was a bad word in Rome; kind of like in Today's World. He was assassinated though by Senators who did not want a King to be in Power, for they wanted the power to themselves no matter if giving it to Caesar would help the Roman People. This act was done on The Ides of March (March 15th/ Middle of March) in 44 BC. Rome could have been the greatest kingdom of all time if this did not occur, but we shalt never know, Ivan The Terrible Ivan The Terrible (Ivan IV) was a Russian Monarch born in 1530 in Kolomenskoye, Russia. His father, Grand Prince Vasily III, died when Ivan was three so Ivan was put on the throne in his place. For five year his mother ruled in his place, since he was so young, but was supposilied poisoned five years later. After that Russia went under chaos of power struggle between those who wanted to rule. Without a true monarch to rule, chaos always insues. In 1547, Ivan was alas crowned Tsar and Grand Prince of all of Russia. He ruled with an iron fist. Wealthy Aristocrats were held at bay with Ivan in power, for he did not let the wealthy create laws that would oppress the poor of the land. This is a great reason for a monarch, for a monarch does not allows one faction of society to control another. When Ivan left the throne after having enough of the game of politics, the Aristocrats took over Russia. They wrote laws to allow themselves to become richer using the poor as their means to that end. After awhile the Aristocrats ask for Ivan to reclaim his throne because the poor hated them and they needed protection. Ivan agreed and become sole ruler of Russia once more. However, he did not protect the rich, he tore them to shreds for what they hath done to the common people; turning the common folks into serfs. Ivan protected all his people from tyranny and administered justice righteously and fairly. An excellent example of how a monarch should be I do declare. King Alfred King Alfred was a Super Awesome King! Born in 849 in Oxfordshire, The United Kingdom. Alfred The Great was king of Wessex which is a Saxon Kingdom in the Southwest of England. King Alfred had done great things for his kingdom including fighting off the Danes from conquering England and promoting the people to learn more and become Literate. This was the beginning of arming a population with knowledge which many would not believe came from Monarchy. Alfred must of knew the importance of having a smart populace for it can bring many great thing to a Kingdom and Society. topic four - PHILOSOPHICAL ideas of monarchyAristotle was an Awesome Classical World Ancient Greek Philosopher from the 4th Century B.C. He has written many great books such as Politics, Poetics & Metaphysics. Aristotle believed in Monarchy. Aristotle stated that Monarchy cannot be a tyranny and a tyranny cannot be a Monarchy. Also a Monarch is a man of virtue, who looks out for the good of the society or community. A Monarch is the head of the community therefore he is the role model for the community to follow. A Monarch cares to build his honor while a Tyrant cares to build his own wealth. Topic five - two choicesThere are two options for rule in humanity. Either it is Monarchy or Oligarchy. There is no such thing as popular rule for people of high dominance will always take over the system. In a system where government officials are elected by the people, those elected officials are being paid by the wealthy to do their bidding. Another point to bring up is that, people vote for their own self-interest, not the greater good. A King however makes his decisions based on the greater good, since his self interest is the greater good. For If a man has all the power, what is he to gain but honor? Topic six - PROPAGANDA against monarchyIn much of the modern world, Monarchs are seen as evil tyrants who are selfish and only care to belittle peasants and torture them. Even in Ancient Rome, the word Rex, which is Latin for King; was seen as a derogatory remark. In the media, the king is usually the evil guy who needs to be taken down by the hero. An example of this propaganda is the story of Robin Hood; 'Take from the rich and give to the poor.' Robin Hood would steal the property of the greedy king and give it away to the peasants. First of all, this is theft, and second, why does the king own all this stuff? Did he or his ancestors not fight and earned what they have; and while it is a virtue to be charitable, it doesn't make stealing from the king any better than the king being 'greedy'. Plus, that land is the king's land, that he owns, he is letting the peasants live on his land and in return they work the land. The peasants can leave whenever they want, start their own kingdom or other from of government themselves, but no, the monarch owns this land and doesn't give us enough of what we want, so let's steal what is his. The dilemma in this thought process is quite clear I do declare. Topic seven - virtues a king should followA Monarch in it's true form is always virtuous. Anyone acting as King and who is not virtuous, nor honorable, nor righteous, is not a King, but a Tyrant. A King acts for the good of his subjects & for the well being of his subjects which is his self-interest. A King should act as a Father to his Kingdom and subjects. Leading them to a prosperous life through good policy, law and good example. The King most definitely acts as Figure head, a hero, someone to look up too for his people. A monarch works for the common good of the people and curbs those oppressing the lesser in society. A Monarch is incorruptible for money means nothing to him, only honor and virtue. The monarch will uphold the values of his people and will ensure that justice shalt be done fairly. topic eight - when monarchy isn't monarchyMany hath called themselves Kings, but were not kings at all, a better name for them is Tyrants. A Tyranny is a governmental system that rules through either/both cruelty and/or oppression of the peoples it governs. Famous tyrants include Nero, Mao, Stalin & Abdullah. These tyrants do not serve the greater good, but instead line their own pockets and crush anyone who questions their authority. A true Monarch should always be open to hearing what others have to say, for it may help fix a problem in the kingdom or empire. Cutting these ties of decent always leads to a system where corruption and crime run rampant and nothing ever gets done to better a society. A figure head to a people would listen to the problems of his people, just as a father would listen to his children when they have problems. For a father listens to the problem and almost instantly works to fix it and bring order back from chaos. A tyrant on the other hand, loves chaos, it is in his nature to create it and destroy beauty and order. A true monarch is a good father while a tyrant is a deadbeat dad. topic nine - why other systems are inferiorLet's start with Democracy and why it dost not work. Simple statement, just because the majority wants it, does not mean it is right. Let's take for example flat earth. In one point in time, most if not all people believed the Earth was flat. We know now, that this is not the case. Was it any less true then? Majority rule is not always right, for what if the majority is uneducated or savage? It is better to have one decide and if he decides wrong, to replace them than trust 51 percent of a population to make the decisions. Onto Republicanism, we run into almost the same exact problem except now, things are muddied up. Now we hath money influencing things. First let's look at differences in opinion. When there's a difference in opinions, it is hard to get things done, especially when the elected are corrupt; which they usually always are. Without a coming together of a common idea, things are scattered and good policy rarely get enacted. In a Monarchy, action is almost immediate. In a Republic, running for office can be expensive, so candidates rely on contributions. This is where the rich can influence what policies are enacted. "I pay you this, and you make this happen." Now the Republic is truly an Oligarchy with rich controlling what happens and the politicians are merely their puppets. The laws are written by the rich for the rich. Onto Communism, the idea of the state controlling the means of production destroys the soul and will of the community. When everything is equal and not hierarchical, the incentive to do anything productive to stand out and be praised evaporates. It can never work because people like to be recognized for their achievements, plus if we do not distinguish good and bad; all are equal; then nothing is bad; including murder, and nothing is good; for example charity. Lastly let's take a look at Anarchy. Anarchy may be the worst of them all, for it is a form of government that is created from pure nihilism; nothing is right or wrong, nothing is good nor evil, all is personal opinion. In that case, let's just murder and random person on the street and steal their belongings; since nothing is right nor wrong. The problem is that people have differences of opinion that directly contradict each other. Some may think stealing is okay, while other do not. A Monarch acts as a moral authority that lays down the laws and keeps a society stable and orderly. closing topic - World View of MonarchyMonarchy may be seen as the natural form of government. In many animal groups there is an Alpha who leads the group to survival or death. With humans this is the same thing throughout history. Even in an Oligarchy, Republic or Democracy; Power always will concentrate to One Person who is the Powerful Leader. So it would seem that no matter how people try to run away from monarchy it will always reappear, Look at Rome for example, A Republic that eventually became ‘Monarchy’, and it lasted longer that way than as a republic, for millennia.A Monarchy brings a sense of community to a people because no matter the political division in a society, there is always a head for people to look up to and aspire to be more like. Monarchy also does not mean 'lack of freedom'. In the top 27 most Free nations in the world; 9 of them are Monarchies, including The United Kingdom(27th), Spain (25th),Belgium(18th), Japan(16th), Luxembourg(7th), Netherlands(5th), Sweden(1st), Norway(1st) and Denmark(10th). That mean 1/3 of The World's most Free countries are Monarchies. Today's World is ran by corrupt politicians who are in it only for the money, A King is in it for the honor and care for his society. So, One may ask, is there any other way? Will there eventually be, The King of The World!. Is an increase in dependency in technology making people dumb? Over the years the use in technology has noticeably increased across the world, especially amongst younger folk. More people spend more time on their computer, laptop, phone, video-games, etc. more than ever before and the trend in usage is going upward. Is this making the populace dumber however? Well first let's take a step back at the original question; "Is an increase in dependency in technology making people dumb? " The first thing we must answer is, are we truly dependent on tech in order to live? And if so, is our dependence increasing over time? Well, let's look at what we use tech for. Computers have a wide variety of uses. For example, we can use computers for playing games, surfing the internet, checking emails., selling products, buying products, finding restaurants to eat at recommendation, finding answers to life's questions and much more things. Same thing goes for laptops and phone, since now-a-days these pieces of tech are interchangeable in getting what one wants or needs. Let's look at these things individually. Playing games. Games are fun and have a part of the animal kingdom far before written history. So do we need computers to play games? Not really, we have sports that we can play without computers, we can play card games, board games, and trivia, which none required a computer to play. Next we will look at surfing the internet. To put it, you do need a tech device to surf the internet, but it begs the question, does a person need to surf the net in order to survive. It depends, let's dive into this deeper with the next few points. Checking emails is great way to send messages instantly, before this mail could only be sent in person or through a physical mail carrier. Email, faster? Yes. Necessary for relaying information and messages? No. Buying and selling products obviously can still be done through brick and mortar method and yes is more convenient to do purchases and sales online, but not needed. Finding restaurants to eat at is easy as getting into a car or walking around to find a place to eat. No need for tech to fix this issue, only makes it faster and easier. Also restaurants aren't needed to in order to acquire food. Finally we getting to finding answer's to life's questions. The internet has definitely helped in making this a lot faster and efficient but before the web we went to libraries, bookstore and school; which we still do; and find these answer through books or lectures. So now it is established that we do not need tech in order to do basic functions of life. So that also begs the question, if we do not need tech to live, then how are depending on it more and more. Maybe it is an addiction to something that stimulates the brain. This has always been the human condition and therefore we cannot blame technology in human error. Tech is not making the population dumber, the population in whole is already dumb in a sense and no matter if tech is taken away or not, people will continue to find ways to stimulate their brains.
Average life-span of a person is 78.7 years (source: fortune.com) . For a male 68 years and four months and for females 81.2 years. Some people however lived to be what is known as Centenarians. An amazing feat for sure. In 2012, there were 316,000 living centenarians! In 2017, there are 7.53 Billion people. So only a tiny amount of humans are and become centenarians. So how does a person become a centenarian? First we will take a look into the land of the rising sun, Japan. Japan has the record for most centenarians at 69,785. An incredible number indeed! So how did this happen? One contributing factor is the popularity of green tea in Japan. Green tea is everywhere in Japan, even vending machines. According to O-Cha.net , 72.3 % of people in Japan drink Green tea daily and 89.6% of people in Japan drink green tea. Green tea is known to be the healthiest beverage on Earth and have plenty of health benefits including boosting metabolism, fat loss, stunts hunger, cardiovascular improvement, reduce risk of stroke and improves cholesterol. It is quite the super food or should I say Super Duper Food! Another factor in the long life of Japanese people is eating small portions of food. This helps reduce the stress of the stomach and other organs in the body that have to do with fuel consumption, also it helps keep BMI down which helps a person live a lot longer. Seafood is also consumed regularly in Japan. Seafood is low in Cholesterol, High in protein and has OMEGA 3 fatty acids which improves eye health, promotes brain health, reduces risk of heart disease and can help fight depression and anxiety. Fermented foods are also common amongst the people of Japan which have probiotics, which improve gut health. In Japan, the people take baths regularly which reducing stress and anxiety. They also have an amazing health care system. Most people in Japan exercise regularly which also improves health as well. Looking at this maybe the rest of the world should take a look a Japan and see what they do to live longer, for it may help the population of centenarians increase more and more every passing year. |
