Introduction
Ghost of Jupiter, also known as Jupiter's Ghost, Eye Nebula, NGC 3242, Caldwell 59 and Ghost of Jupiter Nebula, is a Planetary Nebula located in The Hydra Constellation. Ghost of Jupiter is located 4300 Light Years to 5300 Light Years from Earth. Ghost of Jupiter is 2 Light Years longways. Ghost of Jupiter receives its name, Ghost of Jupiter or Jupiter's Ghost, due top its close size to that of Jupiter (Super World). The inner areas of Jupiter's Ghost were formed around 1500 Years ago. Ghost pf Jupiter was discovered on February 7th, 1785 by German-Born British Astronomer William Herschel's Son, British Astronomer Sir John Frederick William Herschel at The Cape of Good Hope, South Africa. It received its title, NGC 3242 in 1888 AD.
