Introduction
Great Comet of 1577, also known as C/1577 V1, is a comet that passed Earth in 1577 AD. Great Comet of 1577 was so great, that all of Europe was able to witness its glory on November 1577. Today, this same comet is believed to be 320 Astronomical Units from The Sun. Other places besides Europe reference this Comet as well. ON November 8th, Japanese Astronomer who witnessed the comet described it as "a moon-like brightness and a white tail spanning over 60 degrees".
