Introduction
Justice and Balance are the scales that can dictate The World. A Super Powerful need for Justice is ingrained in most humans across The World. If ye does right, then thou should receive an Award/Reward & if ye does wrong, then ye should be punished. A simple concept that was even written down into law back in the days of Babylonian with Harambe's code. An eye for an eye and a tooth for tooth was the main idea of this system of laws and in Today's World a lot of similarity to this principle is kept. Balance and moderation is also key to Aloha in The World. Too much or too little of anything can cause ye great harm or death. Too much water, and thou shalt drown; too much fire, and thou shalt burn; and too much vice, and thou shalt be cursed. Justice and Balance are some key tenets of virtue and being a virtuous man. Gluttony for example is a vice, while taking what ye need and nothing more is virtuous. Too much pride and thou wilt fall, on the other hand, humility is virtuous. Too much cowardness and evil is allowed to roam freely, courage will stop evil right in its tracks. Without Virtue, Justice and Balance can not exist in The World.

Libra in The Traditional Classical World Religion, was seen as The Scorpion's Claws. Same thing in Ancient Babylonia where it was seen as The Scorpion's Claws; expect this was an alternative view of what The Libra represented in Babylonia. The Main view of Libra in Babylonia was The Balance or Scales held by The Sun god Shamash. In Babylonia Shamash was known as The Patron of Truth and Justice. This view of Libra being a scale is also shared in Today's Astrology. In Arabic and Semitic Linguistic nations, they shared the view that The Classical World held, in that Libra was The Scorpion's Claws. In Ancient Egypt, Libra was viewed as a boat. The Traditional Ancient Roman Religion saw Libra as The Scales held by Astraea, The goddess of Justice who is known also as Virgo. 
Conclusion
Justice is Virtuous, Righteous & Sacred. Every man in The World who has a right minded head believes in Justice. Stealing, Cheating and Murder are all injustices to the masses. Virtue, whether Humility, Charity, Moderation, Magnificence, Patience & Courage are Justice and should be awarded as such. If ye practice Virtue and ward off Vice, then thou shalt be one of Righteousness & Justice. For without Justice, evil will consume The Earth. I do declare that, The World needs Justice!
